We had an amazing stay at Garza Blanca! The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a stunning view that made our trip even more special.
One of the best parts was how easy it was to get dinner reservations at the resort’s restaurants. We prebooked in advance, which I highly recommend. Every restaurant we tried was good, and the staff throughout the resort were incredibly kind and attentive.
A quick tip: even though this is an all-inclusive resort, it’s a good idea to bring some cash, as tipping is definitely expected and appreciated by the servers.
The only downside during our stay was the internet—it was very slow, which made things a bit inconvenient when trying to use apps or stay connected.
Also, I suggest avoiding the Expedia shuttle service. It was overpriced compared to other options. We paid $20–$30 for an Uber from the airport to the resort, and it was way more convenient. We also took an Uber to Mercado 28 for souvenirs, and it cost just $6–$10. Just make sure to download the Uber app before arriving at the hotel, since the slow Wi-Fi can make downloads difficult.
Other than that, everything about our stay was fantastic. We’d definitely come back!
