Horrible experience. 1. We were told there was no elevator and had to carry two 40 pound luggage’s to the second floor only to find out it was not the right building. 2. Our shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor and complained and the issue was resolved. 3. Our bed sheets were dirty and they never changed them. 4. Our mattress was literally falling apart. I stood here before and liked the experience but after this experience I will not be staying here again. Oh not to mention I saw a ROACH in the Buffett restaurant.

This is a very large resort and may involve up to 500 meters of walking to get where you want to go. The good part of a large resort is a large beach area and lots of pools. The food is adequate but I switched to pescatarian, rather than vegetarian as not many options. Vegan would be difficult. The drinks (cocktail types) are hugely processed sugary syrop. Stick to sodas and liquor! The beds are comfy and rooms are good sized with room to move around. Lots of peacocks in the resort and they are so cute but can be loud (it was mating season when I was there and they hung out on our balcony! Staff are great, treat them with respect, you’ll get the same back. Highly recommend upgrading to a black wristband, even if just the last couple days of your stay. The food and service are way better if you are Pyramid (black wrist band) and access to more comfy chairs on the beach. Download their app to figure out where the restaurant are and there is even a map you can use to get you there!

The property felt safe and was reasonably clean. However, the check-in process was disorganized and took far too long, which made for a frustrating arrival experience. We had requested twin beds but were given a king instead—and it appeared that several other guests encountered the same issue. Communication was also a challenge, as many hotel staff spoke little to no English. While fluency isn’t expected, a basic level of English would have been helpful given the number of English-speaking guests. The all-day buffet was underwhelming, so I recommend making reservations at the on-site restaurants if you're looking for a better dining experience.
