My stay at Haven Riviera Cancún was truly exceptional. Thanks to Expedia, we received a complimentary upgrade from a partial ocean view to a full oceanfront room, which made the experience even better. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The amenities were fantastic—especially the casino night, which was so much fun. The food was delicious, both at the buffet and the specialty restaurants. Our room was a solid 10/10: very clean, no humidity smell, and packed with thoughtful details like a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the mini fridge and A/C were quiet (something I really appreciated). What I loved most was that the pools are open 24/7—unlike other resorts I’ve stayed at where they close at 8 PM. They have one lively pool for fun and another quieter one for total relaxation, which was perfect depending on my mood. Special thanks to Chef Ana, who went above and beyond. When I arrived late to the buffet and missed the pozole, she personally made sure I got a plate from another restaurant in the resort. That level of care made my stay unforgettable. The only downside was the sargassum on the beach, but that’s a natural occurrence and completely outside the resort’s control. Overall, I highly recommend Haven Riviera to anyone looking for comfort, amazing service, and a touch of luxury in Cancún. I can’t wait to return!

We had the serenity package and that was definitely the right choice. Beautiful views of the ocean and we love that there were several pools, some with the DJs and games and some more quiet. The restaurants were amazing, seemed like Michelin star quality work. Our only negative point is that we thought Tahani, which has dinner along with dancing, was going to be a display of cultural dancing but instead it was more like a nightclub.

We loved our romance junior swim up room! It was nice to be able to swim whenever we wanted, and jump right into our shower. Best part was that the drink service walked by several times during the day to make sure we were taken care of. We also enjoyed dinning in the restaurants, our favorite was Agua Bendita. Everything we ordered tasted so good! Theree were no real activities at Haven, so if thats what you are looking to enjoy in an AI resort, then maybe its not for you. For us, it was perfect. All we wanted to do was chill and relax. Mission accomplished!

The property was lovely. We got a room with a swim out pool, and a waiter was available to get us drinks. The only problem, which was not the fault of the hotel, was this season has a lot of seaweed on the beach. Fortunately, the pools in the hotel are very nice and we didn't miss the beach.

Para empezar no me dieron la habitacion solicitada, habia pedido en area serenity pues mi marido tiene implante coclear y ahi no hay ruido, y no se respeto, me dieron otra donde el ruido de la musica de la alberca era muy alto, y me cambiaron a otra en donde la electricidad no funcionaba correctamente, pienso no correspondia a lo que yo pague porque hice la misma solicitud el año pasado. El sargazo es realmente insoportable no se puede ni caminar y el mantenimiento de camastros en la playa y la playa es muy malo.

We just got back from our second visit to this resort. Hands down, the service is absolutely amazing. Every single staff member is wonderful - kind, helpful and so on top of things! The resort is impeccably clean, it’s relaxed, lots of choices for food and places to hang out. We will recommend this resort to everyone and we will go back again!

I loved my stay at the Haven Riviera Cancun. We booked a swim-up suite which was definitely worth the extra cost. I loved the main pool with the games, DJ, and bars. The club at night was a must!! The dining option were mostly good, I wouldn’t recommend the for lunch or dinner. However, the Mediterranean restaurant was delicious, the steak house was pretty good, and the Asian was good. The excursions they offered were great, I recommend booking with MTS on the resort, we booked 3 excursions in one package and spent less than we expected. The drinks were pretty okay considering most resort drinks aren’t great. The taxis are pretty costly to go literally anywhere off the resort. We had to pay an extra fee during check in that I wasn’t aware of before booking that is apparently a new mandate from the tourism department but it wasn’t too expensive. Ultimately, I loved my stay here and would stay here again.
