As other review mentioned, this nice little hotel was perfect to stay. Food was great, loved Chanti, and pools. Downside was the rooms were a bit old, and loud at night because of parties in the lobby during night time if you are close to main building. I will stay again.

It’s supposed to be an all inclusive hotel, yet there were many items such as meals that would have an extra charge. We were allowed to sit by the beach chairs unless we paid extra. Everything was an extra charge and it was quite disappointing and will never use this hotel ever again

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel NYX – Cancun’s Hidden Gem We spent seven nights at Hotel NYX in Cancun from June 24 to July 1 and couldn’t have been more pleased. The hotel is on the smaller side, which made it feel more peaceful and personal—no big crowds, just relaxed, comfortable vibes. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. The on-site restaurant had a different theme night every evening—Italian, Mexican, Chinese, American, and more—which kept meals interesting. The wood-fired pizzas were a huge hit with the teenagers in our group! Don’t miss Chianti Restaurant on the property—it’s an absolute standout. We had the best Italian food there since our trip to Naples, Italy. Truly authentic and delicious. The staff made the stay extra special. The bellmen were always friendly and helpful, and the front desk team, especially Maika, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Even when we had a small maintenance issue, it was handled quickly and professionally. The housekeeping crew was cheerful and kind, always greeting us with smiles. A special thanks to the lifeguards, who were not only attentive but lifesavers—literally. We witnessed them rescue a woman caught in a rip current. Please take the red flags on the beach seriously. One lifeguard, Elias, even took time to teach the teenagers in our group how to safely respond if caught in a rip tide. That kind of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated.

The price was fair.. Having only one dining option for lunch and dinner was just something we weren’t used to. Especially because the menu never changed. It was difficult to make reservations for the restaurant options during our stay. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly! Thanks Maiki for all of your hospitality.

It was supposed to be all inclusive. I was told there was four restaurants that you could eat there, but you can only eat at the Buffalo free unless you stayed there more than five nights I paid $500 to stay there two nights to have all inclusive, it was a scam of bait and switch. I would not advise anybody to stay there if you think it’s all inclusive. The water was completely nasty and if you wanted bottle water you had to pay for it. Every all inclusive I ever stayed at bottled water was included. The rooms were very small. The traffic was very loud on the highway. Employees were very nice.

We stay there 4 nights. Room were clean. All foods were perfect. All staff was so kind. Entertainers were amazing. Beach was perfect but sea weed problem at sea when we were there. We will definitely visit them again.

Disappointed from the moment we walked in. Smelled like mildew, outdated and dirty furniture. We were offered a 5th floor room with no access to an elevator.

I booked a room for handicap disability staff tried to put me on the fifth floor with no elevator only room that was available. It was a suite available w elevator and she wanted to charge me extra for that Went to explore the room, bathroom hat, poop all in the bathroom. It was horrible. Only thing about this property. The food was really good. You noticed that the staff had a problem with African-American people.

Food could have been better. Certain things were consistently good but would habe preferred addition of seasoning to everthing. Wish the DJ wasnt rigjt next to the building but closer to the beach. Reaulted with manageable noise but wpyld habe been nicer if quiter. Didnt know ocean view would result with conatant music from pool below. Not ADA accesible, so hard on knees walking up lots of flights of steps and steep ramps daily. Staff hardworking overall. Value was decent for whag we got. The que ball for the pool table wasnt returned , so wasnt able to play. Unfortunately due to all the steps, ramp and ok food- wouldnt return.
