Our first time in Cancun and we loved this resort! Delicious food, great views, wonderful staff and great evening shows! Went with the entire family, group of 17! Would definitely go back! Very family friendly! Easy to walk from one place back to the rooms which is great when you have young kiddos! Lots of little pools for toddlers to swim in as well as a kids area!

We loved that the rooms get refreshed daily and the staff was very friendly. We did not like that there were times that the restaurants were closed and the only way to eat was the food truck. The food was good non the less.

I had an incredible stay at Iberostar Selection Cancun! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food and drinks were excellent, with a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was delicious and fresh. The entire resort felt safe and well-maintained, and the location is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. I would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation in Cancun.

If you need an honest opinion from someone who works hard to vacation this one is it, overall we rate the place a 3/10 for starters, food was mediocre at best! We ate there 3 times out of our 6 nights because the food was terrible and bland! Everything in the souvenir/store inside is extremely over priced! $50 for a aerosol can of sunblock, just get an Uber to the nearest Oxxo, second of all drinks are not great! Water down alcohol, the bar pool closed at 6pm which is a joke! There is only 4 restaurants and they don’t open till 5:30 and one is reservation only, they were trying to give us a reservation Thursday morning for Saturday night, third of all do not do the (90 min only presentation) for some (free massages) or any other thing they offer you, Rodrigo especially was the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Told us it was no pressure if we didn’t like it, I put a 90 min timer on my phone and was generous and gave them an extra 30 min of my time cause we had a scheduled tour which they were not respecting after I had told them I had a tour scheduled before we started, over all I would not recommend any one staying here go somewhere else!!!!!!!!! If you really want a (Mexico experience) this is not the place for you! Also room ac could barely keep up. Also really important! Hallways and elevators DO NOT HAVE AC!!!!!!!!!!! It is extremely hot!!!!! If you want your moneys worth go somewhere else!

I was very disappointed, i have been there back in 2021 and it was amazing, then in 2025 i decided to go back to the same spot and i took more families with me this time and it was disappointing in terms of service and front desk and the room i spoke to the receptionist and i escalated my issue to the supervisor and i spoke to the manger none of them could have accommodated my request or my issues. I feel like they don’t care about you anymore as they know once you book and arrive there you are stuck to what you have because there is no way back!!! I will not go there anymore and do not recommend anybody to go there !

The hotel overall was ok not worth the price definitly the couldve clean more the beaches And put more chairs for the pool they were limited people would grab towels and was not mandatory to returned them to . So they would leave them in chairs and u dint know if it was taken also . As soon as you check in they tried to schedule to sell u a type of time share (not cool ) also i was asking they pool bartenders for patron an better licour at the pool bar and they said they ran out . But they will have the good stuff in the lobby . Also their entertainment was not good at all overall boring after diner the club was empty and pretty much gest will be bored at the lobby part . I would not recomend this hottel at all

We had an amazing stay! The staff was amazing and always made sure you were well taken care of. The pools were clean and the beach was cleaned every morning. I would 100% come back again.

It’s a good family resort. I went with friends and kids and we were able to enjoy the bars, the restaurants. The rooms were hot, even after they put the temperature down. (You do not have access to manage your room AC, you need to call the front desk for them to adjust it). The staff were incredible, super attentive!!! We enjoyed the buffet the most and the main pool with the swim up bar.
