The experience was good because we made it good and had to ignore many issues starting with how terrible their lobby and guest service is. They have no sense of customer service! Every employee will give you a different answer to your questions, they show no empathy to your issues, rude and unprofessional. It took 6 employees to get me a day pass to the grand, literally 6 employees and each gave me different answer until I got loud with them then they figured it out within 2 minutes. The other issue is restaurants during lunch hours, why do we have to wait 20 mins when there’s more empty tables than occupied? They will not combine tables, rather they’ll make you wait for the next available table for your party size. Also they gave us $250 resort credit, cannot be used for anything because it’s all booked (spa, golf..)so we went to the gift store and it’s limited to sunglasses, package of 2 small tequila bottles, or 1 box or horrible cigars, what’s the point of the credit then?
The positive side was the food is great, pool service was very friendly and transportation was easy.
I will definitely not return to the moon palace! Many other places are cheaper and offer way better quality experience
