El hotel es viejo. Tiene fallas de mantenimiento como por ejemplo, una bisagra de la puerta estaba sujetada muy improvisadamente. Huele a humedad. Las opciones de comida son súper limitadas. En el desayuno, comida y cena bufet, tienes 3 opciones de guisado además de las clásicas guarniciones. Las cenas con reserva vale la pena mucho el restaurante italiano, tal vez mi mejor comida fue ahí. El mexicano es bueno también pero las porciones son muy pequeñas. Si esperas un todo incluido de calidad, este lugar no es. En los bares de las albercas no tienen bebidas de calidad o reconocidas. El tequila es genérico, vodka ni siquiera es oso negro. No hay ginebra. Es decir que si esperas pedir una marca para tu bebida, olvídalo. Solo en el bar de lobby, medianamente puedes encontrar algo de calidad. Los snacks son de baja calidad y a pesar de ello, es lo más rico que puedes encontrar. Creo que no vale la pena hospedarse en este hotel. Claro que para subir de nivel deberás gastar más pero tal vez será lo adecuado si quieres tener una mejor experiencia. Eso sí, la playa es increíble. Realmente fue lo mejor.

The staff were amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Food was amazing too. The resort is located in such a perfect location. There is a mall, pharmacy, convenience store, etc all closeby! There are so many activities to do everyday. We loved the aqua zumba especially. I recommend this resort to any first time visitors to Cancun.

We've stayed at this property about 5 times. It's great for the price, however it is starting to show it's age especially in the rooms.

The worst resort I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in many all inclusive and non all inclusive resorts and hotels around the world, this “all inclusive” is essentially a glorified hotel. There is next to no entertainment at the pools, beach or in the hotel. That is the least of the worries when it comes to this hotel though, I only stayed here for 7 days and got food poisoning twice. Every person we met there was shocked at how terrible the food was. I had to buy medicines from the pharmacy in the hotel as I had very bad food poisoning and the pharmacist warned me to eat outside of the resort and pay for food on the strip to avoid getting food poisoning again as it was an ongoing issue at the hotel. Pretty sad to have to go spend additional money on food (which is not cheap in the tourist strip of Cancun) when you have already paid for an all inclusive. The resort was pretty empty, surprising since it was the busy season for Cancun but we realized why very shortly after arriving. The one bartender per bar could not even handle the 10-15 people in the resort so thank god it wasn’t any busier. The pools are only heated by sunlight, no hot tubs or any source of heated water, we had 7 days of 20-25 degrees Celsius but mostly cloudy so the pools were absolutely freezing probably around 3-6 degrees Celsius. The only positive to this resort is that the washrooms were clean and decently maintained. Spend a little more money and go anywhere else on the strip.

Esta bien la relacion calidad precio. La comida del buffet tiene poca variedad pero las cenas son muy ricas, lo malo es la reservacion para la cena, tiene que ser temprano o ya no alcanzas. La playa es hermosa, los animadores son divertidos y el personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones necesitan remodelacion, sobre todo el baño.

Positives: - very nice location, well maintained beach - always had hot water from the shower anytime of day, and water pressure was good Negatives - rooms are outdated and need total modernization - limited food options at the buffet for vegetarians, chefs are not always helpful at providing alternatives - sometimes only one person serving at the main bar, so long waiting times for drinks - the three other restaurants that require reservation in the morning are not worth going to, only a couple of choices for vegetarians and the food was poor - noisy Aircon unit in the room, and coffee maker didn't work either. Overall rating, 3 out of 5. Ok to stay at for perhaps 5 nights or less, wouldn't recommend anymore time than this because even meat eaters would get bored with the food on offer. If you can afford to spend more then go to an all inclusive with a wider variety of restaurants and more bars.

This hotel is a dump. Very old, very small rooms and horrible food. The cleaning staff never cleaned the rooms until i complained. And the cleaning lady was extremely rude. It is an all inclusive resort with three restaurants where you can never get a reservation at the restaurant unless you wake up at 7:30 and ohysically go to the concierge to make a reservation. The bartenders are nice but the property is a complete dump. And the cleaning lady was extremely rude. My entire experience at this place was abysmal. Dont go to this property ever.

The staff was wonderful! Super responsive, kind and helpful. I had a massage at the spa and that was incredible!!! The room was dated looking especially the shower. It wasn’t very well laid out for more than two people(we had 2 double beds). The room felt big enough with wasted space. And literally nowhere to hang and dry bathing suits! Our patio slider didn’t locked but that issue was resolved within the hour! It’s an all inclusive- the food was fine. Not good not bad. Over 4 days we had two really good dinners and a great breakfast but the rest was just fine. The little dessert cakes are awful. Our waiter learned our drinks and we had many non alcoholic pina coladas which were delicious! The nightly entertainment was entertaining but wouldn’t say great. I’d say here again!
