As a venue for our friend's wedding, the property worked well. The wedding events were well-organized. The bedrooms are lovely, spacious with comfortable beds and well-soundproofed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was lovely, our favorite place to be. However, the dining options were more limited than we expected and, with a couple of exceptions, not good quality. And getting a reservation was often challenging. The buffet room, which was the only breakfast option, had a weird, off-putting smell. The drinks were plentiful but very poor quality. Also, getting anywhere outside of the resort was expensive and not easy to arrange. The options were all long excursions which did not meet our needs. Even cabs into Cancun were costly. We felt a bit marooned at the resort. Overall, we had a good time celebrating with our friends and a fun few days but we wouldn't go back.

Overall we liked the resort, but there were a few little things that could have made it better. We stayed in an ocean front room with an amazing view, balcony on first floor, and a hot tub on second floor balcony. The hot water on the hot tub did not work, but we did fill it with cold water and let the sun warm it up. The room was pretty good, but open floor plan with only a curtain separating the shower and bath from the main area. Prolly fine for couples, but a little inconvenient for a family of 4 with two adult children. The shower was nice with two overhead shower heads, but one of the handles came off in my hand the first time I showered (was obviously already messed up and had been just stuck back on). There were some other cosmetic things with the room we noticed but we are not picky travelers, so none of this was a huge deal for us. Overall the food was good, we were alway able to find something everyone liked. Fish fingers at the food trucks and the chicken strips at Nibbles were really good for lunch around the pools. Omelettes are always my favorite, and they were amazing. Resort has lots of bar options. No problems finding a drink, but the fridge in the room was only stocked with two beers a couple of days and none a couple of days. Not enough for 4 adults, but again, not a big deal for us. The beach is nice but the water wasn’t “pretty” in the swimming area. Quite a bit of sea weed, but they were working hard to clean it up everyday.

Everyone at the property is kind if you have a problem and report it it gets fixed immediately. All the staff at the restaurants and I think I visited everyone of them were very kind and helpful and very appreciative. The management was spectacular. Everyone and I mean, everyone was always willing to help you, even in passing they ask you if you needed anything even if you were just walking by. There is a great place to stay and I can’t wait to return.

The resort is beautiful the staff is very friendly. Alejandro and Jesus at check in had a welcoming personality. Also Miquel from guest service went out of his way to make sure our stay there was a wonderful experience. This was my second time. I will be back again ❤️

We had to wait way after the check in time to get our room, with small children it is really a huge disadvantage. Unfortunately there were some low class attitude guest staying in the hotel stealing chairs and umbrellas by the pool while in pool but all of our stuff was there, no security cameras but thanks to eyewitness was able to proove, though guest services were not on my side eventhough the case was so obvious. Disappointing!

smells of hotel is terrible, staff not friendly and service is not good, time for check in is so long(30-40 minutes), they ask you a long time for upgrade to another service before letting you get the room when you come in

The good thing only from this trip that the service that I got from expedia service by Julio at the resort! Otherwise, never again to this resort for multiple reasons related to the room cleaning and the customer service!
