The property was beautiful and the food was very good at the resort. The room was amazing and very well kept, however the cleaning service failed to properly stock our towels and washcloths. We had 2 people staying in our room and they would always only give us enough for one person everyday.
My main issue was with the staff's service. It felt as if they weren't interested in actually helping us, and were more interested in pushing us toward anything that would cause us to spend more than we actually needed to. Or they kept trying to get us to sign up for services we didn't actually need to get to what we DID need. My partner and I were there for a wedding and we booked at the wrong resort. Instead of telling us we needed to get a wedding pass for the other resort where the wedding was being held, the staff kept giving us the runaround, and kept trying to get us to pay for a day pass that was twice the cost.
We were given wristbands at the resort we went to for the wedding and were told to leave our passports at the main desk. We forgot to retrieve them, and the next day my partner was told we had to pay the cost of one night since they didn't know if we actually stayed over night (even though they could look at the cameras and see when we left). When I went to the desk, they then said they only needed our wristband (I still had mine on, he didn't have his). It felt as if they, again, just wanted to get money from us instead of telling us what we actually needed to know.
