This was our first time south of the border, so we weren't quite sure what to expect. Immediately upon entering the property and meeting our floor concierge Martin, he made us feel like family. The care and attention to detail he possessed was amazing. He would actually come find us on the property throughout the day to check on us. Unfortunately he was moved to another floor after a couple of days, but yet he still kept in communication with us. Not so much for his replacement. We also rented a cabana for a couple of days by the main pool, and were fortunate to have met Angel, who was in charge of the pool area. Again, amazing and top notch service with a smile from him, our first server Veronica, our second day server Juan, and Roberto who kept the different drinks flowing all day in the pool. We feel that we gained these people as friends. Someday we'll be back, and hopefully they're all still there.

I highly recommend Secrets The Vine. I've traveled extensively and have stayed at high end hotels and other inclusive resorts in Cabos, and this by far exceeds all others by way of the resort itself, the food, the service, the amazing variety of nonstop entertainment and more! It was one of the best experiences ever!

The food here amazing especially the buffets and we especially appreciated the 24/7 cafe & room service! The service was absolutely fantastic, the staff were extremely kind and helpful - shoutout to Michelle, Bruce & Martin! The room & shower are spacious and luxurious, I have no complaints. For dinner, there are no reservations so if you don’t want to wait make sure to get there at opening! Overall, a great place to be and will definitely be coming back

The staff was very nice and always willing to provide the best service possible. The hotel itself is a bit rundown. The furniture in the pool and the hotel room is dirty. The food is also awful. We have very few good meals.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel is very clean the room was very clean and comfortable the staff was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious. The pools overlook the ocean. Just beautiful. We can’t wait to return!!

An excellent hotel offering a wide range of dining options. The preferred club suites are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. However, I would prefer a firmer mattress as the current one was too soft for my liking. Additionally, enhancing the pool areas with music would greatly improve the atmosphere, considering this is an adult-only hotel and not a spiritual retreat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, the patios to the room had gorgeous views of the ocean, there are additional activities available on the beach such as Jet Skiing. The beds are comfy and ahhhhmazing choices for restaurants.

Pase 4 dias terrible. He encontrado 27 Reclamos/ para hacer de este Hotel que dice ser 5 Estrellas. Y apenas seria 2. Expongo aqui debajo las 27 fallas: 1. Maletas retardadas mas de 2hrs. 2. Mal informados del Restaurant de Carne. 3. Mala atención en general a desgano 4. Las papas duras sin cocción en el Restaurant italiano. 5. Pedí agua con gas y me trajeron agua natural. 6. Necesito que el refrigerador enfrie más porque soy insulina dependiente. 7. Demoraron tanto en hacernos el check In qué nos quedamos sin comer. 8. La habitación que me dieron no tiene 2 camas Queen. 9. La piscina estaba sucia tenía insectos flotando. 10. Hay que darle algún incentivo económico $$ para que a uno lo traten bien??? 11. Nos dejaron todo para uno en la habitación y somos dos. 12. La comida llega fría a la mesa. 13. El sistema de check Inn es malisimo carece de agilidad. 14. Las albóndigas crudas en el Restaurant italiano. 15. Se olvidaron el plato de Mi madre de 85 años. 16. 3 Ravioles le trajeron y sin queso 17. El sistema de luces malisimo. Nos quedabamos a oscuras. 18. El mesero no conoce el Menú. 19. La comida muy lenta. 20. Tenemos que relegar nuestro tiempo en vacaciones para hacer una fila para comer. Nuevo 21. It’s an average hotel . Check in was terrible , we got there at 12 pm and they said they won’t give us a room until 3 pm . So we had to wait with in that humidity with all the clothes on and after 12 hours of flight to get our room at 3 . They are not trying to keep the customers happy , I feel they did not even care to keep the customers happy .

This beautiful property is in a perfect location in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Spacious, well-designed rooms, all with ocean views. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food in the buffet was spectacular! We also liked the Asian and the Mediterranean restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the steakhouse and Italian restaurants due to the strict dress code (long pants for men). The Peruvian restaurant had good service, but poor food quality. We really wanted to like it, but unfortunately the standard didn’t compare to the rest of the hotel. Nevertheless, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again.

The property is clean and everything was nice. The food was good. The Bluewater Grill and Nebbiolo were my favorites outside of the Jazz Dinner at the Sea Salt Grill. Definitely upgrade to the Preferred Level to get an elevated experience. My only complaint was that my husband had to go outside of the property to smoke his cigar. Overall we had an amazing vacation.

Overall,we enjoyed our stay. We did upgrade to Preferred status and that was definitely a plus for us since the regular pools were quite loud and noisy. Seaweed is an issue so the beach wasn’t very enticing. Room was large, bed very comfortable, view was beautiful, food was better than average for all-inclusive, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Butler had to get us a fan it was very warm in our room he was able to follow through thankfully. Dragons should open up earlier for breakfast and wish there was more of a variety for lunch and possibly a buffet for dinner
