Like: Transport easily available; shuttle to airport a block away; had a cafe wherein you could get a coffee from 7:00 to 11:00 pm except Sundays and holidays. quiet a few restaurants in the area.; food is easily available. it has a pool; taught dance daily; disco for disco-lovers Dislike: got a scary feeling of walking out freely at night; too simple for my tastes; had to walk up the third floor; they charge a tax (foreigner/hotel tax); they ask for a deposit for the key; needs a lot of improvement in terms of infra-structure like toilets; there is no bar of solid soap; only dispensers of liquid soap; (yet staff is helpful and cooperative).

Place on the inside. Couldn’t locate it of a little bit on the outside since there’s no sign, but great spot, across the street from the bus station to go to the airport or even another city. Two blocks for the city bus stop to get into Cancun area for only 12 pesos. The city park is about a 5 minute walk where you can find great snack spots in the evening. Beautiful and safe place to stay, I’d come again.

No contaron con piscina disponible. Toda la noche las personas de lobby estuvieron hablando y las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, se escuchaba su conversación durante la madrugada. La habitación necesitaba limpieza pues había mucho polvo. La relación calidad/precio no lo vale.

The staff was nice and easygoing. However, there was a lot of noise due to construction or a shop next to the building. The washroom was clean, but everything was run-down. There were tons of spider webs in the corners of the room, the pool was closed, the hand soap was mostly water, and the towels had a strange smell. However, it is very close to the bus station, which is a plus.

Stay away from this place. The room i got was nothing like the official photos. It was run-down. Chipped sink. Strands of hair on bedding. Hand soap so watered down that it didn't lather.

Great location, staff and facilities

I was upgraded to an apartment on arrival which was really welcome after a long flight. The room was clean, everything worked, it’s a 2 minute walk to ADO bus station. All staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Some noise from the bar below at night but didn’t bother me.

Cozy, Convenient & Safe!

This location was a quick last-minute buy due to a delayed flight and missing the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is conveniently located one block from the ADO bus terminal. I was unable to explore the amenities they listed like co-working spaces and a pool so no comment there but the location was very spacious, nicely decorated and well labelled. For solo travel I felt very safe. The room was cozy but hot until I got the AC going and the sheets were clean but could use a bit of scented fabric softener or something. They smelled clean but slightly metallic, almost like too long in the dryer etc. But that's truly my only comment! The staff were friendly and they upgraded my private room to an apartment after a long and very frustrating travel day. Thank you Selina staff! I appreciate you.

The music and food and onsite salsa were amazing. Front desk service needed some work - showers in ladies only room pretty bad but great location to travel around - a bus ride to Cancun coast and right next to bus station.
