Excellent stay
The hotel is much better than I expected. We arrived very late, around 3AM. The front desk is very helpful and extends our check out time. The staff speaks very good English. The room is very big, so does the bed. The water in the shower is very good. Wifi works very fast. There are some stores outside, so you can buy stuff very easy, even during the night. And taxi driver does know this hotel. The only thing bothers us is the air conditioner was a little bit noisy. Btw the room has a belcony.

Nos gustò mucho la ubicaciòn porque està muy cèntrica. La habitaciòn 364 super bien porque no hay ruidos, todo està muy tranquilo y el descanso es muy bueno. Solo pequeños detallitos que son pecata minuta como un poco de olor a humedad en la entrada (en la habitaciòn no), una que otra gotera en el pasillo, o que se sale el agua de la regadera porque se encharca y al parecer tiene una rendija en la separaciòn de aluminio que se supone debe mantener el agua adentro; pero son cosas de mantenimiento que no afectan pero si las atendieran serìa magnìfico. La pantalla muy bien, es smart y el wifi igual en general bien, se fue un par de ocasiones pero no durò mucho, y eso hace que haya youtube, netflix y demàs entretenimiento para las noches. La atenciòn muy bien. Igual solo el detalle de que el estacionamiento està en la calle, el lugar se ve muy tranquilo y todo pero estando los carros en la calle mmm, no lo sè. Seguramente volverìa a hospedarme aquì.

The establishment is situated close to transportation and easily accessible on foot to shopping and nightlife destinations. The beddings were clean. However, every surface was visibly dirty. Countertops, curtains, and side drawers were dirty and dusty. The chair inside was filthy and emitted an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was reeking of an unpleasant odor and was severely soiled. Despite my repeated complaints, the bathroom, floor, and surfaces remained uncleaned for days. I observed a cleaner mopping other room floors, suggesting that the cleaner responsible for my floor was ignoring ours. The room lacked a window, resulting in unpleasant odors. The air conditioning system was effective in circulating the air. Although the building is old and dilapidated, the lack of cleanliness significantly exacerbated my discomfort.

Very hard to find, no signage on the outside. Kind of strange layout, looks like it used to be a mall. Bed itself was fine but not enough bedding for two people. The mini fridge had a light on that lit up the room at night, had to cover with a towel so we could sleep. Very limited amenities in the room , the theme “Twiggy” was kind of odd, I guess it was supposed to be a boutique hotel kind of vibe but felt kind of cheap because the posters were wrecked and dirty.
