Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Long Wait Times
I had a frustrating experience at Villa del Palmar. When my flight was canceled, I asked the front desk for assistance, but instead of offering any solutions, they only provided an option that was far too expensive. There was no empathy or willingness to help.
To make things worse, I booked another room through Expedia after the front desk assured me it would be ready by 1 PM due to my child's sensitivity to the water. However, after booking, they changed their response and told me check-in wouldn’t be available until later in the afternoon. This lack of honesty and organization was very frustrating.
Additionally, the resort seemed poorly managed. The buffet wait times were excessive—every morning, I waited at least 30 minutes just to get a table. This was not what I expected from a place that claims to offer a relaxing experience.
Overall, the lack of customer care, misleading information, and long wait times left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this resort.
