“Great service, lack of mantenance”

“The location is ideal if travelling by bus or train, plus close to a variety of restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast, though simple, was good. We would stay again if we ever returned to Oviedo.”

“This is our favorite hotel went visiting Gijón. The rooms are spacious, they have AC split units, big bathroom and it always clean. Many options to eat around and a taxi station and parking around the corner. Great place ”

“This property had a great amount of space for our family. I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was also small but very useful. The apartment building was very nice and everything was nice and clean. The windows also did a wonderful job of keeping street noise out. I would stay here again.”

“This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. The pool area was nice; yet it should be clearly stated that to enjoy the facilities, you must wear a swimming cap which is available for……
