“It was easy to book the two nights we were there. Plenty of parking. There were no carts to carry your bags to your room.The checkin was efficient and pleasant. The elevator was a pain because it took the door sooo long to close. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a small breakfast service available each morning. It was a good location for us, so we would stay there again if we needed to. ”

“It's not too many hotels to choose from in Rockingham downtown area, but this one is about the best in the town at least the area. Very clean, very nice, and close in downtown. We enjoyed our stay and whenever we visit Rockingham again we'll be booking here”

“The hotel has potential but falls short in a few key areas. The doors are very heavy and tend to slam shut, which made for a noisy night. The parking area in the back could use better lighting—it felt a bit too dark for comfort. We also noticed a large stain on the bed sheets, which looked like it might have been coffee or soda. The toilet didn’t flush properly and needed multiple attempts each time, which was frustrating. Additionally, there’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up the……

“Room was just what we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We left for the day and when we came back, all our towels and toilet paper were gone, and no new towels left. We had to go to the office to get them. The towels were small and we were given hand towels for bath towels. The remote for the tv felt sticky and grungy. We used a soapy washcloth to clean it and it was very gross dirty. I would have left 5 stars if it had not been for those issues ”
