“This was the perfect place for our stay, close to Letchworth State Park and friends in Castile. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the deck, yard, and indoor/outdoor games. Highly recommend.”

We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I……

“We had a great couple night stay that was very relaxing in a last minute booking for a birthday. Host was good with communication and check-in and check-out were very easy.The home is nice and secluded and very clean. We especially enjoyed the back screened-in porch where you can enjoy a chorus of bird song from the ravine. Of special note we had fox and Barred Owl calling at night. “This is a gem of a cottage on Java Lake. The location was perfect for being close to Letchworth State Park and Highmark Stadium. It was nice to be able to relax at the home in a country setting while being relatively close to many sightseeing opportunities. The large backyard was perfect for our two fur babies to play in. ”
