“Very good hotel with good surroundings, I loved it”

“I like Hostal Marissal and have been booking this place for the past 2 years, as staff are kind and helpful, checking in is easy, place is clean, always accessible with the elevator. In the middle of balcon de europa, so everything is convenient.”

“We liked: 1. It's a nice hotel in an area with plenty of good restaurants and a short walk to the beaches. 2. Pleasant rooms kept spotlessly clean and well stocked 3. Roof top sun terrace with small pool and good bar service. The downsides: 1. Wifi seemed to be unavailable throughout the hotel 2. We were told the adjacent road closes at 5pm so made sure we arrived prior to that time. The reality is the road is permanently closed so it's tricky to reach on foot with luggage particularly as……

“We stayed in 301 - the lovely suite at the top. It was a huge suite with brilliant air conditioning. The only problem we had was the lack of equipment in the kitchen (which was the main reason we'd booked a suite with a kitchen). For example there was no tea towel or kitchen roll (which we had to buy), and the absolute minimum in terms of crockery, cutlery etc. Staff overall were friendly and helpful, although nobody actively asked us if everything was OK, or if we were enjoying our stay, and……

“Zwischen Hotel und Meer befindet sich ein grosser, lebhafter Patkplatz. (von wegen Meersicht …..) Personal eher unfreundlich und wortkarg. Gartenanlage nicht einladend (Plastikblumen und verschmutzte Sonnenliegen, leerer Pool!) Frühstück genügend Lage zentral, Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fussdistanz.”

“El Restaurante de al lado que pertenece al alojamiento celebra los fines de semana eventos y se escucha mucho ruido y música con volumen alto. La recepción abre a las 11 hs lo cual me parece un poco tarde por si los que nos alojamos necesitamos comentar o solucionar algo antes de salir.”
