“The hotel is furnished in line with expectations of a luxury hotel - it's comfortable, clean, well-appointed and the staff are very polite and make you feel looked after, which is lovely but also something you would expect at that price point. We didn't have a super smooth experience with the room - we selected a Grand Deluxe and were given a room which was a part of a connected family unit, meaning that we could hear absolutely everything that the family next door did and were woken up by……

“El hotel estaba bien ubicado, bastante cómoda las camas y el apartamento en general. No tuvimos mucha información antes de la llegada nos costó un poco entender dónde era la recepción y El proceso de check In. Y el único comentario negativo era la limpieza pues se notaba que no la habían limpiado bien y habían dejado sin jabón los baños y a pesar de pedirlo sólo lo dejaron en la puerta al Final del segundo día. ”

Le local à ski est sécurisé et les chaussures de skis sont chauffées :) En sortant du local, vous achetez votre forfait en face et hop vous êtes sur les pistes (20mètres) Le SPA est magnifique, l'eau bien chaude, avec plein de jets pour masser le dos et les jambes Le petit déjeuner est complet, il y a du vrai jambon découpé. Seul bémol, notre chambre était un peu vieillotte, mais on pouvait régler le chauffage (souvent on dort mal car le chauffage centralisé……

“Hotel is great. Staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was good choice and plentifull. Location great with ski lockers very close to gondola/piest. Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows. Spa price between €40 and €50 make sure you have your own pool footware as you must have it or pay for it. ”
