“Excellent stay for my family”

“We had an incredible stay at this home, From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with the house and neighborhood and our host who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was excellent, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home.The house itself is stunning—modern and tastefully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for. Each bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, making it perfect for our group. The open-concept living……

“Pictures don't do this place justice ! What an amazing place. Very private on 4 acres surrounded by corn fields. Pool is so nice and clean. Really like the step out design around edges very unique. We stay all over the USA and many homes this is up at the very top. Price was great. Hosts were very responsive. 2 minutes from everything you need but feels like out in the country. Zero mosquitos as well ! Only regret is having to leave. Plenty of beds and space for big groups. ”

“Wonderful place for us, kids and grandkids all fit under one roof. Since we came from different parts of the country, grandkids got to spend quality time playing in a much more fun setting than any hotel could offer. This place is spacious and well stocked. Highly recommend. ”

“The house was great the only complaint would be it only has 1 shower. We were only 5 minutes from ball fields. Walmart and grocery store was really close. We would not recommend Ihop on the corner.”

“The reservations and check in where very easy. We enoyed the property was great. Enough bedrooms and space for everyone to play games or just hang out. The kitchen was well equipped. We utilized the gas grill one night. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and outdoor toys.The inside toys suited all the kids from 2 to 17! Everything was perfect for us. See you next time we are in Souix Falls!”

“We were two families in town celebrating a college graduation at USD. This house was amazing for our large group! It had everything we needed and so much room! The activities supplied in the fun garage were amazing for the kids and they also enjoyed the hot tub while the adults hung around the fire pit. Conveniently located by the mall and easy on and off to the interstate. The house was clean and roomy, had comfortable beds and we had everything we needed for our stay! Highly recommend!! ”
