不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、住宿条件和设施
Overall, horrible experience I had with them and I would never book with them again. Also, don't recommend them at all! However, to be fair, I would breakdown the positives & negatives of this property based on my experience:
Positives:
1) An ok swimming pool ( with big nice slide) & gym
2) An ok quality breakfast buffet & very reasonable price for that (less than $10 for adults & less than $5 for kids)
Negatives:
1) They never answer the phone when you call them.
2) The property is very old and looks unclean because of that
3) They sent me a message one week ahead of my stay that "Just letting you know that we have construction going on in the building", which makes it so difficult to cancel (because everywhere else is either booked or very expensive to book) !!
4) The parking spot was so tiny & tight, that other cars beside me hit their door to my car doors several times ( because there wasn't rough space between the two cars) !!
5) The property knew that we are two people and still put only one shampoo, conditioner, and Lotion instead of two of each in the bathroom!! So, I had to to go all the way to the front desk to get more of those!!
