“While checking in here was easy and I appreciated the reminders about the check-in time and how to get in, that was the only good thing about this experience. I wish I could attach photos, because I am still in shock about how disgusting this rental was/is. There were clumps of dust on the ceiling fan, as well as other indications this place is WELL OVERDUE for a deep clean. Everything was dingy, the fridge was leaking, whoever has been cleaning it has either been sweeping dirt under the beds……

“The location was great and having our dog with us was great. The Shower was too small, the place on the whole was smaller than we expected and we thought it was a single cabin but is was like a duplex. So it was noisy in the evening. We thought there was a fenced yard and there was not. We also did not know it was a VRBO.”

“It was the most perfect little place exactly as described in the listing. It was fully stocked with everything you could think of, wet suits, rain jackets, all sorts of games, so the dishes you need, an abundance of towels, etc. The only partly bad thing was there was a lot of cobwebs all over but it wasn't enough to deter us.”

“Property was just fine for an inexpensive weekend away. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Kitchen utensils, silverware could have been better. I’m sure for most people that’s not a problem as they eat out.I’m not sure it really sleeps six. The pulled out couch is in the sunroom. There is heat out there, but I think it would be breezy.”

“This place is a cute little vacation rental with plenty of room. There was a bit of dog hair but that was mentioned in the ad so we knew ahead of time. No complaints here. Hot tub worked great and the detailed instructions were very helpful. Thank you for the nice stay away. ”

“The stay at Rose Haven was quite enjoyable however, there are some things which need to be addressed so future renters don’t encounter what we did. YES, the windows tend to get quite saturated with condensed water inside. Its because its colder outside than inside, and the window seals or windows need replacing as the cottage is older and needs that renovation to simply “hush” those who are looking for something to complain about. YES, the mattresses were replaced with VERY comfortable, nice……
