Both bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Take advantage of the amazing views and glorious sunsets offered by your own colourful piece of Orange countryside that surrounds the home.

THE LOCATION
Situated on a beautiful, spacious property just past the Towac Racecourse, guests have the convenience of being in a peaceful country setting, yet the CBD is just a short 5 minute drive away. The CBD boasts some of Orange's best restaurants, cafes, bars, parks and shopping.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
The owners live on the same property in the home next door. There are two separate driveways for each home. Please remain on the driveway at all times.

We request that cars are not parked or driven on the grass due to possible underground drainage damage.
