“La casa cumple con todo lo descrito, super limpia y con todas las comodidades para disfrutar de un gran fin de semana. A 15 minutos del centro de Santander y con zona de supermercados y servicios a menos de 5.”

“Overall we though the place was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures are generally very accurate however the one of the front of the house implies a bit more space than there actually is. Space for one 4x4 (or car). In the Vrbo ad we can't see any suggestion of when the communal pool is open (late June?) so not available in May. There is only a 2or3 seat sofa for a house that sleeps six (as shown in the pictures). The biggest issue for us was the lack of kitchen utensils……

“The views are absolutely spectacular and the property is breathtakingly beautiful from the outside. The property manager was prompt and helpful with our early difficulties of operating the gate - but that is all our fault for not understanding what were clear instructions. Be aware there is no A/C (and none was advertised) which we've come to learn is typical in this location, however, the warm weather required we leave the windows open to enjoy the lovely sea breeze which came with the downside……

“Bien ubicado par ver cabarceno y el laberinto de villapresente. Tiene espacio al aire libre para que los niños jueguen. Como punto a mejorar, cuidar el tobogan y los juegos de los niños.”

“The house is situated in a beautiful spot with lovely views. The shared pool was nice as we had some good weather and the children enjoyed a splash. The equipment in the house is rather dated and the house was quite dark. Also we are a family of 5 and the house states it sleeps 5 people but it isn’t equipped for 5 people. They could do with some extra crockery, glasses and plates etc. We arrived and the people helping didn’t realize we were a family of 5. So they hadn’t got the bedding for the……

“Very basic equipped accommodation in beautiful location as long as you have transportation. We supplemented the kitchen equipment with our own from my camper van as there wasn’t enough in the accommodation”

“We had a lovely stay at La Cavada. The house was very clean and well equipped. We did have some issues with things breaking but Jaime was quick to help us resolve.”
