“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

Die Lage und Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich dafür wird man aber mit einem wunderschönen Haus in toller Lage belohnt. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Rom genutzt. Das Haus war der perfekte Ausgleich nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Bei Fragen war Michela immer für uns erreichbar. “Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Haushalt ist super ausgestattet, egal ob Geschirr, Küchen- oder andere Haushaltsgeräte, es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch hier wurden durch die Gastgeber Auflagen, Badetücher und sogar Sonnencreme zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns noch nie so willkommen gefühlt wie hier. Die……

“This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked perfectly,……

“Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....”

“Great communication with Eliano before we arrived. A lovely welcome with some fantastic local food treats and a detailed tour around the well equipped villa. The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks. “My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road.
