Thank you for your hospitality during my recent stay. I truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining clean and comfortable rooms—it made my stay pleasant in many ways.
However, I’d like to kindly mention that the noise level, particularly the loud music that continued until almost midnight, made it difficult for me to sleep. As a guest who values a quiet environment for rest, this was quite disruptive.
I completely understand that entertainment is part of the guest experience, but I would sincerely appreciate it if future noise levels could be managed, especially during late hours, to ensure all guests can relax undisturbed.
