Located on the pristine shores of Lake Logan, a breathtaking 90-acre mountain lake, this cabin offers a unique Appalachian retreat. Once an exclusive escape for Champion Paper Company executives, the lake provides a tranquil setting for swimming, fishing, and relaxing on the dock—all while being a short drive from downtown Waynesville and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
End your day by soaking in the hot tub, watching the sunset from the dock, or gathered around the firepit roasting marshmallows. The lake is home to trophy trout, bass, bluegill, and more, with a Jon Boat available for paddling adventures. Kids can splash in the creek next to the cabin or swim from the dock. Wildlife abounds, from bald eagles and deer to otters and wild turkeys, adding to the natural beauty.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Please note: Motorized boats are prohibited. Electric boats only. A Jon Boat with paddles is available for guest use and is perfect for fishing or just puttering around the lake. If you prefer a trolling motor and battery, they can be rented for a small fee. Please contact the local host for more information.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
