This home provides a a relaxing retreat at Canyon Lake. Come enjoy your home away from home! Central location to concerts, tubing rivers. wineries, fun at the lake, shopping, restaurants and more. Gruene, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, San Antonio and Austin are nearby.

We have plenty of space with the home sitting on 2 and a half fenced-in lots, plenty of room for parking in the back lot and under the carport for guests... The backyard deck and front patio overlooking Cranes Mill Marina make it a must. We have a Rainbow Play System for the kids, a tree swing, and plenty of seating for guests outside. There are picnic tables that make it great for entertaining. We provide a fire pit, BBQ grills (charcoal, wood, and gas), swing by the fire pit, hammock to enjoy, and overall a setting equipped for relaxation. Large oak trees throughout the property set the scene. While enjoying the outdoors is great, know you will be quite pleased with a clean well kept home made ready for our guests. The home has 4 bedrooms ( 3 kings, 1 queen). We also provide 2 queen-size air mattresses and 1 twin mattress for extra guests. The living room also offers a fold out couch with a queen size bed. 2 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 bedrooms are downstairs. There are 3 FULL baths and 2 large living areas with couches, stereos, TVs (Netflix, music and more), WiFi, etc. We also have a laundry room accessible for guests. We have one living area upstairs with an open floor plan to a full kitchen and dining area. The other downstairs living area has a bar, mini fridge, and sink that comes in great use while playing pool or fuse-ball. Lots of space with 2550 sq ft. We are within walking distance of County Boat ramp #8. less than a mile away with the neighborhood providing a peaceful scenery. Truly a Canyon Lake retreat indeed.

Best place! Best host!
Usually not a review leaver person but I had to on this one. I cannot say enough great things about the rental and the host! If you are looking for a place away from home that just feels like an edition to your home, this is the place. Great hill country neighborhood with great views of the hill country. House was spacious and gives the opportunity for separation with the pool table, bar, and foosball table on the bottom floor while others can gather upstairs and cozy up for a movie and snacks. Kitchen is spacious and the dining room allows you to checkout the hill country while enjoying dinner with the family. We brought our pup and he enjoyed the large backyard. On top of all this, the communication with the host was super easy and they are very sweet and responsive! Like I said… can’t say enough good things! Highly HIGHLY recommend this rental!

The house was great! Tons of room for everyone to spread out. The game room downstairs was fun and our family enjoyed playing pool. We did not get an opportunity to enjoy the yard, but it looked inviting and fun. The view is beautiful, even with the water level at the lake being low. If we come back to the area, we will definitely book this house again.

Great house 🏠
My family and I had the best time! This house was absolutely perfect for us! The house was great and the backyard was beautiful and the back back yard was incredible! We did smores in the firepit, kids had a blast with the big swing and the playground. The house was fully stocked with everything we might have needed. The owner told us about places close like restaurants and such. She couldn't have been more accomodating!!! Also replied back quickly if I had any questions!! Thanks so much Tracey! We had a blast!

Best place to stay by Canyon Lake
My family and I loved staying at Karter's Canyon Lake Casa! It is so cozy and was accommodating to our teen children as well as our toddler. The backyard was gorgeous with the swing and playground area for our daughter and were able to enjoy a night of grilling and hanging out after a day at the lake. Morning coffee on the deck, overlooking the lake was my favorite. We played some pool and foosball the next night after a day at the lake. We left wanting to make smores out by the swing, but that will be next time, since my children said we have to stay here again! The location is so close to the lake entrances and the host provides suggestions for dining and entertainment. The house is super clean and everything that you can think of is there. I loved the personal touches and pictures. This house was made with lots of love. The Krenek family really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I can't wait to come back.

Great family getaway
The house is awesome! Plenty rooms for everyone. Entertainment for kids downstairs giving adults relaxing and meaningful time and conversation while observing the view on the lake. Awesome backyard with everything you need to enjoy it. Thank you to the host! I wish the lake was full as it used to be. But you can't complaint on the mother nature.

Great property for big families
Nicely equipped home for a large family. Plenty of all the essentials towels, linens, cookware, and entertainment. We brought our pontoon boat and jet ski, there was plenty of secure parking for both. Highly recommend this VRBO for your family.

Our family is made up of three families with 6 adults three teens and one 10 year old. House was great with plenty of room, lots of activity options, Great grilling opportunities, outdoor swings, seating areas and so on. We loved staying here. Very clean and put together. This house is a great place, you won't be disappointed. Plenty of room inside and out! It was a holiday weekend so it was difficult finding a public swim area. I knew that going at this time it would be crowded but the house was amazing. Good quality time!!!

Pleasant Weekend!
We had an awesome stay! The amenities were wonderful and clean. We loved the view of the lake (beautiful sunsets too) and loved the relaxed atmosphere. Best VRBO experience EVER
I really cannot rave enough about this host, the house, or the location. We were 10 minutes from Comal Park at Canyon lake, the views from the front porch were a breath of fresh air with my coffee each morning, and the amenities at the house were exactly as described. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. My family had the best time! It is rare that you get a host or a property manager who responds quickly and is genuinely SO nice and accommodating. We will certainly be back!

Cousins Camp
We celebrated 4 grandchildren - 3, 2, 1 and 6 months old on my birthday weekend. We called it cousins camp and hope to do it every year. Everything was perfect at this cabin for young children. It was so relaxing and so much fun. Tracy was amazing with all she does to make the cabin perfect. Fresh sand in the sand box. The neighbors are very nice. Such a nice deck to sit on in the evening. The kitchen had more than enough to cook meals for everyone. I have never stayed at a rental that was as nice and fun as this one! We look forward to returning. Thank you for all you do! Mamma:)
