“A wonderful stay. The hotel was perfect for us, travelling with a 3 year old. Very clean, perfect rooms, breakfast was great and the pool was amazing! Honestly the staff could not have been better, a wonderful team of helpful people! Thank you so much for our stay. It was a great start to our Italian holiday! ”

“What can I say ? Dimora del Conicchio was exactly what we’d hoped for. A dream villa for our family of 5 including 2 teenagers and an 8 year old. This property truly offers something for everyone, whether it’s relaxing in the tranquil grounds, cooking a family meal on the traditional Tuscan BBQ or doing something more active like playing tennis or swimming in the beautiful swimming pool. We visited during a heatwave and so having so many different shady spots around the garden and of course……

“Villaggio in ottima posizione, curato e ben pulito, sia negli spazi individuali che in quelli comuni. Check in e check out veloci ed efficienti con personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile Unico difetto: eccessiva densità di bungalow, troppo vicini l'uno all'altro, limitano la privacy.”

“Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.”

“We had a premiere cottage which was terrific and overlooked the village and the sea at a distance. While you had to drive to get to dining and shopping options, it wasn't more than 5-7 minutes away.”

“Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund, haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in dem Haus von Carmela und Pier verbracht. Sie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie und entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Italienaufenthalt gerne wieder hierher zurück kommen.”
