“Location on beach and views were stunning. Hearing the constant sound of the surf was amazing. House was very clean. Communication with host was excellent. We didn’t realize at booking process we had to request towels and linens, but after communication with host they were delivered within 45 minutes. “The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”
