“Excellent, modest resort. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that had all the amenities we needed. Everything in the suite and the property was clean and well-maintained. there is a nice lawn area with gas fire-pits where they often have movies or live music, but some nights it is just the fire-pits to relax around.
I say modest because the property and are not overly large and gated off from the surroundings. Very New England, not sunbelt.”

“This house was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right the beach and close local attractions and restaurants. “This is our second stay at this home. “The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”
