“my father does not speak English before check-in time, he walks into the resort's swimming pool alone to take look, and one of the staffs talked to him, probably asking if he is a guest. “今次真的中伏了，Check in 足足用了一個半小時，已經有4個工作人員做Check in, 但十分之亂，排隊已經排了半小時，是一個中年服務員幫我做check in, 我也再次說明我訂的是2床海景房，他說清楚，再等了廿分鐘才有專車車我們那座，因為每座也要座接駁車，入房後發覺是一床房，但Bell boy已經離開，我們只有步行落去lobby, 再同那個中年男服務員說，給錯了房，他沒有道歉，還將我們交給其他工作人員，我們又再等她安排房間，又等了大半小時，今次給我們要行樓梯上房間的房，bell boy開房後看見景觀比之前嗰間差距很大，變了down great 咗，每次出街也要行一大段路才能到達lobby，因為洒店沒有shutt 去市區，每次也要call的士，交通費也用了不少，因為離芭東也要十五分鐘車程，就算自己有車都要拍在lobby外的車位再要乘坐接駁車到自住那座，到最後走的時候要提著大行李落樓梯再等接駁車去lobby check……
