Not only is it one of the very first star rated sustainable houses, it's also a stone's throw to the new whale watching platform currently being built. This holiday house features 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2.5 bathrooms with two tv living spaces and a garden that backs onto the community gardens, dog agility park and play parks. 5 minute drive to the stunning beaches, rock pools and dramatic coastline that's is the beautiful Bass Coast. Please note this house is pet friendly but not fully enclosed and if you are bringing more then 2 pets you must inform us prior to arrival.

The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
