With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room, as well as a large deck outside.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and also included an outside BBQ.It was hot while we were there but the aircon worked very well. “We had a great stay in Exmouth at the Marina Townhouse. The property is spacious and well equipped. The outside seating/dining area is shady and a pleasant place to have dinner or drinks. “Had a great holiday. Location was great and so too the presentation of the villa. Outside steps were a bit dubious (I was too scared to walk in the middle of them as I’m sure they’re due to break soon!) and a light by the bbq would be helpful. No ironing board present (but barely needed it anyway. ) Otherwise was great - would highly recommend it. Would love to be able to come back another time! Thank you ever so much.”

“Easy check in, although the pictures were misleading. Main one being, in order to get into the main bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. This is quite an awkward set up and is not ideal. “Plenty of room inside and out. Overall a great house to come back to at days end, a very short walk to main area of town. Clean and tidy. Bed in second main bedroom could be more comfortable, it creaks with every turnover. Stove top was hard to manage and no hairdryer are the only negatives to mention. There was only one wine glass but more were very promptly delivered when we called about that. Would highly recommend for convenience.”
