Clean apartment rooms with excellent room service every day when needed. Friendly staff who are very helpful. The hotel is in an area downtown that is walkable to most places and about a 15-20 min walk to the waterfront. It was right next to the conference centre. There is free parking for hotel guests as well which was very handy as we rented a car for our trip.

The person who checked us in did not give us an upgrade or free breakfast. We got a bottle of wine. However, the front desk is very helpful. They provided us with 2 adapters. We were able to get local currency exchange immediately and they went a mile to accompany us to a grocery/convenience store. We forgot the name of the person who showed us visually where to pick up the hop on and off bus. He even checked on us while we were at Burger King to make sure we were ok. They were very courteous. The date of our stay was Feb. 7 -9.

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for sharing with our daughter age 22. It gave us our own space & together sitting areas. Staff very friendly, courteous & pleasant. No complaints whatsoever. The only thing we didn’t like was losing the sun at the outside pool area @12.45pm. The height of the building & the location of the pool was the reason., otherwise we really enjoyed our stay . Thankyou.

We as a couple had 6 nights in the apartment. It had good size and we slept well. Hotel staff service was good (on average). We used the gym. It was small but ok. Breakfast option is recommendable, cheap and good service. But what we really liked was the restaurant on the premises; lovely food and service. We think it was all reasonably priced and will recommend the hotel.

The Front Desk staff were always welcoming and polite. We used the two dining facilities once each but both were very satisfactory. The Heerengraght gives you amazing views of Table Mountain. The parking facilities were good.

Amazing and very helpful staff at concierge and at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was substantial, plus a bonus ordered meal with your included breakfast option. Friendly and safe hotel, with a great bar, pool and gym area as well. Easy to walk to the V&A Waterfront and close to most tourist destinations. Would highly recommend.
