“Letizia was a wonderful, helpful and generous host. Communication was prompt and easy, from arrival to departure. The apartment had lovely character, was traditionally furnished and had many interesting Italian artefacts to explore. It was spotlessly clean, had comfortable beds and all we needed to enjoy our stay. Free parking was available a short walk away which was not an issue for us. We loved our visit, away from the crowds.”

Despite Diego visit while we were away, the issue remained unresolved, and no follow-up occurred after we requested further help.The shutter on the kitchen window, which is also the main window was broken.
