“A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!”

“We were a group of 12 adults and 4 children, and we absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautifully maintained with great attention to detail in the décor. There’s plenty of space for the kids to run around, and the trampoline kept them happily entertained for hours. “Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. “Stunning property to stay at. Plenty of room for everyone, but I feel like we did not take advantage of all of the amenities! The pool is lovely, the olive gardens make a beautiful backdrop for the Instagram worthy pictures that my daughter and her friends took before we went to a wedding. A bit tricky to get around without a car, but the property manager had given me the name of a taxi service and they were great.”

“Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted.
