The kitchen is equipped with every kitchenware to cook as if someone feels being at home. A very functional kitchen. “This villa was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Italy! The photos don’t fully capture its charm — it’s spacious, welcoming, and full of authentic character. The host was incredibly helpful even before our arrival, answering all my questions and assisting with our itinerary. “Amazing stay at this small, family-run hotel! They were very kind, allowed me to check in a bit early and even came to the room to make sure I was settled. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the "breakfast". They put some prepackaged pastries in your room and this just wasn't sufficient for me as a breakfast. Other than that, this place is 11/10. ”

“Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families. It is very spacious with a super well equipped kitchen(s),2 fridges and large tables for family dinners. It is a short car journey to the village where you can get everything you need including food market on Thursday……

“Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. ”
