What a beautiful place with ocean view, we stayed there three nights we love everything about it. Their breakfast is amazing also the food at their restaurant is incredible, and you walk down 30 seconds and you’re on the beach. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations: • Towels were not changed during the stay • Toilet paper was not replenished • The floor was not cleaned • On the first day, there was no water provided in the fridge These issues made the stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the standard of service I expected. This hotel is one of the best you can get at this price point on Capri. Located just above Marina Piccola, it is just a few minutes walk down a flight of stairs to the secluded beach. The pool and hot tub overlook the ocean which is beautiful and our room had the same view. They offer pickup and drop off from Marina Grande on the other side of the island where ferries come in for a very low cost. They also offer free shuttles to Capri center which is incredibly convenient and run every 10 minutes. Our only complaints were the WiFi was not very strong (we struggled to load anything on our devices outside of texting and calling), and the showers were a strange setup. There is almost no way to shower without flooding the bathroom. You have to be very careful with where you place the shower head. Overall, it was clean and all the staff were attentive. We would stay again if we were in Capri.

If you’re staying in Capri, this hotel is not to be missed! Close to marina, Anacapri and Capri square. The staff is beyond helpful, the room was nice and clean with beautiful views. The restaurant was not hotel quality food, they have made this a culinary experience. We will be back!

There are very nice waiters to help the customer to choose the food which is their chiefs' special. For transportation, the hotel has some shuttle bus by the way,the metro system is on side too. It is really convenient
