• No Worries Atoll is a stunning 3,300 square foot pool home that's extensive renovations were completed 3/2025, making this virtually a brand new home. 7-bedrooms, 6-bathrooms, water views, and 1-minute golf cart ride or 4-minute walk to the beach. Property comes with club access option, which includes 2 club pools, hot tub, basketball, kayaks, and paddle boards. Home has a screened in deck off the main living area with water views, and a 1300’ entertainment deck for family game night. The home is incredibly comfortable and spacious for large groups, with high ceilings, a dining room that seats 13, and a gourmet kitchen. 4 king suites, 2 queen rooms, so everyone feels like they got the best room. The property has been professionally landscaped and maintained for ultimate privacy and tropical setting. This Key West style home with its grand double staircase entrance has glass doors and huge windows throughout, and decks that wrap around the house on 2 floors. A new, large, heated, salt water, screened pool and deck will be completed by May 2025 (pics to come soon!) 2 golf carts are included with your stay. Additional carts are available for rent and are required for larger groups. Overview of the island:
• North Captiva is unlike any other beach destination. This exclusive 3-mile long ½-mile wide private barrier island is only reached by water taxi or private boat. You are met at North Captiva docks by our property management crew, which will provide white glove service by handling and transporting all your bags while you are taken on a brief tour of the island and get checked in. Picture old Florida living on a paradise island with no cars, crowds, high rises, or streetlights. Beaches everywhere and only battery golf carts and bikes explore the sandy palm tree lined roads. You are within walking distance to the most pristine white sugar sand beaches in the world, some are completely private and untouched in a 350-acre wildlife nature preserve. Watch a family of manatees (babies!) from the nearby docks. See dolphins playing, island tortoises, various water birds, and other island birds up close in their natural habitat. Imagine unparalleled beaches, shelling, star gazing, wildlife, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, biking, swimming in the 2 club pools, and hot tub, without the crowds to spoil things.
