"Access to amenities may be limited at the time of your stay." Railings are temporary, please be careful, and construction is ongoing throughout the resort and the Island.
**Please note that due to Hurricane Ian, certain building amenities such as the elevator, pool heater, and more may not be functioning properly. There will also be noise associated with reconstruction. Perfect place for Captiva Homeowners, vendors, etc.**
** Laundry: All of our beach villas' washers and dryers are currently unavailable.**

While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), BBQ grills, and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options, and shops just outside the resort as well.

Important Note:
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided.
