“Highly recommend! Had a really nice stay here and slept very well. Super comfortable bed. A smart TV you can cast your own content and stream on (surprisingly rare!). Staff were very kind and check in and check out was super easy. This was my second stay at a Quest in Perth and this was by far my favorite! An overall perfect stay just wish check out was a bit later, a 10 am check out seems like the norm for Quest. ”

“Great location with a fabulous cafe, Orion, 10 mins walk away. We stayed 2 nights & did not cook at the property but had take away (local Indian, very good) or ate at the wonderful cafe.Teds were comfy, water was hot & for 3 adults the house was rustic but perfect - would stay again. Thank you”

“Best location, we went to the beach every morning with the boogie boards and the kids had a blast. It was clean but definitely in need of a renovation. The sliding door is difficult to open, the main hot plate and grill elements need replacing, the taps are difficult to turn off. But everything you need is there and the location was the absolute greatest. Night markets Thursday on the beach front were amazing! ”

“Property was perfect for family of 5. Spacious and great facilities. Location is amazing but can be noisey some times with local night life. The check in process was fine, just a little tricky to find carpark location and how to best get from car to apartment and out of complex again when on foot. Apartment was mostly clean but the fabric couch was very stained. We would definitely stay here again because of the convenience and the size of the apartment. ”

“Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach as advertised. Has everything you need. Ceiling fan in bedroom and stand up fan in living room were fab as we had to request air con. We were in Oz during 30 degree summer heat and as the air con was controlled by the owner in the main house, we were unable to keep it on, or adjust temperature and power levels. Would be absolutely perfect otherwise. ”

“Observation rise is a large and spread out apartment complex on the beach side of the highway. It is an older facility which means that the apartments are a good size with generous balconies. Our apartment had been refurbished and was updated with modern and functional fixtures and fittings. The pools and gym are a good size and the apartments are private. This is the second time we have stayed at Observation Rise (different apartment last time). I would happily recommend it as a place to base……
