The Space: Tiny Rescue Retreat by Tiny Away is located in Campaspe Shire, just 35 minutes from Shepparton and about an hour from Bendigo. Meet friendly residents like Porshy, a 10-year-old pig, and Dozer, her blind 8-year-old friend, in their cozy Piggy Lane retirement village. Nearby, rescue horses roam and graze peacefully.
After a day spent with the animals, unwind by the firepit and enjoy a sunset accompanied by the playful antics of the sheep. The farm stay is also close to local attractions such as Kyabram Fauna Park, Girgarre, Billabong Ranch, Violet Town Market, and Mitchelton Wines, offering a cozy and memorable escape surrounded by rescued farm animals.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with abundant rustic farmland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated showers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We have farm animals on the property, so some noise is to be expected. As a vegan sanctuary, we kindly ask that no animal products are brought onto the property.
Guest Access: Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas. You’re welcome to walk along the lane through the property, but please don’t open any farm gates except the main entrance

Getting Around: By car:
- From Bendigo, only an hour drive - From Ballarat, it's a 2hrs, 24 mins drive - From Melbourne, it's a 2 and a half hours drive
By public transport:
- There is a train line from Melbourne to Rochester. It's the closest train station to the property, no local public transport.
Other Things to Note: - Wifi is not available - BBQ Grill is not available - Smoking is not allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception has good signals for all Telco lines - Please conserve water usage as tank water is used - We would like to advise guests that longer stays will incur an additional charge - CAUTION: During the wet season, the drive to the property could get a little muddy - NOTICE: Please keep a safe distance from the animals and follow the feeding signs. - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny home

- No outdoor fire pits available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
