“This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin……

“This is an unstaffed house with upto 20 or more staying. Not what I thought we were booking at all. No check in information given. We were left to find the property which doesn't appear on google maps in the dark when we arrived no one was there. The phone number on the door was disconnected and when I rang the number on the booking site it Rang out three times before someone answered.
