The property is very nice, but we experienced several problems. When we checked in, we were assigned to a room that was very close to Legoland's roller coaster and had no view, despite the view photos on Expedia. The refrigerator had also not been cleaned and contained opened food. We asked for a new room and were initially denied to move into a building further from the rollercoaster, even though there were plenty of rooms (as measured by half-full parking spaces). Desk staff had to ask the manager twice to put us in a different building. Once settled in a new room, our 3-night stay was very nice, except for the $30/day parking fee (i.e., a junk fee). If you reserve on Expedia, be sure to call the resort to ensure you will receive a desirable room.
