“Nice stay in a convenient location. Has stairs, which I didn’t realize when I booked it but it was still ok for my sister to get around with her cane. We would stay here again. ”

“My husband traveled to Carlsbad to visit his family. We thought it would be easier for him to have a VRBO especially since he was traveling with our dog. He was very impressed with the home. It was great also to have a fenced in backyard for our dog. It was just him traveling, so the house was plenty big, and would be more than accommodating for a family as well. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here when we go to visit again.”

“Had a hard time getting ahold of host at first and couldn’t access the house for a bit. Found an open and unlocked bedroom window and the laundry was a mess but we did end up being able to use it. There was also a neighbor yelling in the streets our first day. Other than that, house was newer and comfortable and close enough to the caverns for easy access. We would stay again if we were back in the area. ”

“We only needed the house for 1 night and It had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet/calm neighborhood and we felt safe. ”

“Very nice Condo with great amenities. We enjoyed the patio and view of the Lake and RR Bridge. Only items to mention were that the Dishwasher and Dryer were full of dishes and towels.....also no garbage bag liners could be found. Sunken living area a bit dangerous and not marked at all”
