“One detracting factor was that there was not an elevator and I was on the second floor. I am a disabled veteran so this was obviously a challenge. “The staff was friendly and accommodating. They are remodeling the hotel and the new rooms are very nice. We had a room with double queen beds. “It was great to bring our dog but hard to manage the mud in the yard. Even getting from the car to the house would have been cleaner if the sidewalk was scraped off. We enjoyed walking to shopping, museums, and donuts. We would have been glad for check out instructions. We took out the trash and tidied up, but glad to do more to make things easy on the host if we know what is wanted. It was a good stay but not overly welcoming or communicative. ”
