“We were very happy with the accommodations. The cottage was neat, clean and well kept, as was the property. All the amenities were as described. We had a great weekend and would highly recommend this lake house.”

“The property was lovely. There were extra towels and very well stocked kitchen supplies. My only complaint was the overwhelming odor after someone used the fireplace. I wish there was something to neutralize the smokey odor. Also it would be nice to have a tv in the bedrooms. At least a tv in the master bedroom. I would stay here again. ”

“The property was almost exactly as described. The cabin has character and makes you feel at home with the decorations. We had our young grandkids (2 and 4) staying with us. There was plenty of room for them to play, and they loved the bunk beds! When they say the drive is rough, believe it. If you have a car with little ground clearance (Chevy Malibu), you really have to weave around to keep from scraping. Our kids had a mini van and an SUV and they had no problems. The hosts were very attentive……

Do note that the downstairs bathroom has narrow doors so mobility impaired people may not be able to access it without assistance. ”

House was amazing - I understand some of the comments about the steep hill down to the water, but that did not stop us (use the driveway, don't go down the grass!). Communication with the host was fantastic, the house was in great shape, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. nearby. We all agreed it's one of the best houses that we've rented. ”
