“房間很大，行李箱兩大兩小全開都沒問題。房間乾淨、舒適，床非常好躺。有電梯，所以不用擔心扛行李。插座非常多。早餐乾淨，好吃。其他時間有免費咖啡和茶包，非常棒的飯店。”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly laid out and comfortable. The hotel was not too far from downtown to walk every day but far enough not to be loud at night. We loved it and would stay here again. ”

“4/5 Cleanliness - Generally very clean and tidy, but some of the cookwares had leftovers. 3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time. 5/5 Location - Perfect location. Popular day tour gathering points and public bus stops……

“The location is very good. The cooking utilities are good except the frying pan is too old. The toaster , the coffee machine and boiler was stained and we are reluctant to use.”

“Clean rooms. Right in the center of Reykjavik. Supermarket right acros the road. Centrally located for shopping, dining and bustours. You can use bus stop 9. Large tv, king size bed, complete kitchen. Contact goes trhrough What's app and imessage. Fast and polite replies. Only remarks are: - Somebody used the fridge for fish. It still smelled like it. - This is a general thing in Iceland. Every house, shop building is 25 Celcius. So pretty warm to sleep in. But nice when you arrive :-)”

“Viihtyisä pieni asunto, tykkäsin kovasti. Sijainti täydellinen, kaupunginosa on värikäs ja kaikki tarvittava hyvällä etäisyydellä. Pienenä varoituksena leivänpaahtimen toiminta epävarmaa. Pienellä teholla poltti leivän ja kunnon käryt asuntoon. Plussana voin sanoa että palovaroitin toimii. Ikkunat on yksikerroksiset ja kaikki ohikulkeva meteli kuuluu kuin vieressä olisit. Joten ääniherkälle tai jos et osaa nukkua korvatulppien kanssa, en ehkä tätä majoitusta suosittelisi.”

“Such a gem located in the heart of the city. The kids especially enjoyed the Valdi’s ice cream next door every night! We enjoyed the coffee and pastries just up the block. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The view was spectacular. Absolutely perfect, thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“This apartment was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to Iceland. The location was nice because it was easy to walk everywhere, but it was a few blocks away from the busier area so it was super quiet at night. I had an economy studio, and it was the perfect size for me. The little kitchen had everything I needed. The shower was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment was spotless when I arrived. I highly recommend Frost Apartments!”

“Apartment比較新，所以設施比較乾淨整齊，但關於洗衣機需要用鎖匙沒有通知提示，又聯絡不上，最後朋友打電話才找到去洗衣房的鎖匙。希望以後能夠仔細寫在電郵內。”
