“We had a great week here July 2025. Nice that there’s a cafe restaurant in the building in case you don’t feel like leaving for food. Not the most perfect, nice place but… the price reflects that. We came for the beach not to sit in our room, and this is right on the beach. Understand that all of the rentals down here are a constant revolving door with little or no time to clean perfectly or make repairs between guests during the busy season no matter where you stay. Take that into consideration……

“I was impressed. The place was bug free and clean. There condo isn't a 5 star resort and has some cosmetic outliers but everything functioned properly. For what we wanted out of the place, and what we got, it earned 5 stars. Recommendations would be to add some better cookware and replace the board games. “Lots of maintenance issues, such as the screw of the sliding door handle being stripped out and falling from the door handle, the ceiling being gapped from the molding, the bathroom sink stopper being messed up and draining really slow, only 2 working lights- one in the halfway and one in the bedroom. The room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. The entry way to get to the door to the room smelled like cat urine. The room smelled like potted meat on the end of day 2 into the night……
