“The house is well equipped for a family stay. Lots of beach chair and toys, games in the living room and the beach super close. We didnt have internet while we were there because of a lightening strike that fried the modem the wk before but honestly we didnt even need it. Phil dropped off a jet pack for us but we didn't even use the tvs.”

“Very Nice! Small but it has everything you need! The hot tub was pleasant to use. The kitchen had a gadget for any meal you chose to make. They had a refrigerator freezer, griddle, single cooktop, air fryer, crock pot, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, K-cup coffee brewer, and outside they had a gas grill. We ate there outside under the covered porch every night. There is a full size washer and dryer to use too. A 1/4 mile to the 4x4 beach. Plenty of wild horses and deer to see. Lots of fun……

“Had a great time with family and friends! The house was very spacious and accommodating for multiple families with children. Very secluded and quiet. We did have to cut our trip short due to emergency evacuation order due to hurricane Erin. Overall we enjoyed our first few days and are considering making it a yearly trip to the same home! ”

“This is our second time renting this home and we have to say we love it. The location on Carova is perfect if you want to see more horses than people. lol. The owner is an excellent communicator and generally great guy. The home is well maintained and comes complete with any appliance or kitchen gadget you can think of. WiFi is also excellent. “The property was absolutely amazing. The house the pool the views the gazebo the private beach access was all amazing. The Host was very attentive. I would rent this house every year for the rest of my life if I could. We saw wild horses right on the property dolphins sea turtles. Driving on the beach to get to the house was also an amazing experience. I don't have a single negative thing to say about this house or the host except thank you.”

“we enjoyed this vacation and was so grateful to be allowed to have our pups. we were a little disappointed the upper floor had no AC which is where the kitchen is. However we slept awesome on great a great mattress at that floor was air conditioned. The AC was repaired about 5 th day we were there because they, AC contractors, were so busy after a storm that had come through. Overall excellent stay and will come back!!”

“The perfect vacation home for large family with kids! Had a fully stocked kitchen for baking and cooking. All the rooms were perfect and loved sitting at the pool. I would recommend bringing a baby gate if you have toddlers… Driving on the beach was a bit tough the first time- research it you have never done it. The host was great though and i would definitely stay here again! ”

“We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway at this beautiful Sandbridge Beach home! The home was immaculately maintained & tastefully decorated, creating a serene, welcoming ambiance. Beds incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was a dream! Fully stocked with a fantastic array of everything needed. The covered 2nd floor patio facing the beach became our favorite--sunrise coffee was a highlight! One very minor hiccup: the pickleball net was broken. The abundance of games & puzzles……

“We had an amazing stay at this home! It was absolutely ideal for our extended family vacation.
