“We were welcomed by Martina, Daniele’s daughter. She is a delight. She gave us a complete tour of the property. This included fruit trees a small olive grove and, tada an outdoor pool AND a complete outdoor kitchen. We cooked dinner in the outdoor kitchen twice during our 4 night stay. We ha a little bump in the road, which was rectified immediately by Martina and her husband Nicolas. This is a very caring family and it shows in how well their home is cared for. “Very nice house, with big clean pool. Super seaview from the rooftop terrace. Short drive to great towns such as Lecce and Ostuni. Also 5 mins from the sea.”

“The owner is a very nice lady and very responsive. The villa was homey and comfortable. I would have given it five out of five stars but there were issues with the electrical and water pressure. We needed go reset the breaker quite often and water issues was apparently caused by current road construction.”

“La maison est grande, spacieuse, et la piscine est top. Corinne est très sympathique, et rapide pour intervenir en cas de soucis. Pour être plus précis la maison est très jolie mais légèrement vieillissante, par exemple, les bords de la piscine sont cassée par endroit, un peu de peinture écailler dans certaines chambre. C'est la maison de vacances des propriétaires et je pense qu'avec le temps on ne voit plus les petits défauts. La piscine est nettoyée et traitée toute les semaine c'est……

“Generally the property was good. Excellent location for beach and visiting nearby towns. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Washing machine a bit difficult to use and electric connection dodgy. Kitchen well equipped. Both shower rooms a little tired.”

“Bis auf die Geschirr- Ausstattung der Küche war alles prima in und an der Wohnung. Alles hat funktioniert. Sie ist besonders für hohe Außentemperaturen gut geeignet. Leider gab es nur eine einzige Steckdose in EU-Norm und keinen verfügbaren Adapter. Zum Meer sind es in der Tat nur wenige Meter, aber bis zum feinen Sandstrand ist es deutlich weiter, ca. 1-2 km. Besonders praktisch ist die Nähe zur Bar und zum Minimarket Filomena mit den super netten Inhaber*innen. Dort bekommt man alles preiswert……

“We had a decent visit for 19 days, kitchen was well supplied and Andreas was extremely kind and helpful. Beds were ok, and we had towels supplied, not one of them matching or new. I would not list this locatio as modern, and not near the sea. ”

La maison spacieuse tout à fait en accord avec l annonce neanmoins nous regrettons juste que la tondeuse n est pas ete passe depuis un moment nous n avons pas pu profiter de la terrase du rez de chaussee car inaccessible. De plus nous avons ete surpris que les compteurs soient releves à l arrivee et au depart nous pensions que tout etait inclus dans le tarif. Point agreable draps et serviettes à disposition . ”
