“Grandma’s house is a beautiful home full of warmth character and comfort. We so enjoyed our stay we are looking forward to our next visit. The property was clean everywhere, comfortable and felt like being at home. Access was easy and in a great location. “We stayed here while we were supporting my mother during a hospital stay. The home was exactly what we needed - close to Duke hospital and to downtown Durham, great outdoor space, quiet neighborhood. Very much enjoyed the space.”

“My daughter, my grandson and myself stayed for 9 days at this property. The house is beautiful, well kept, and very well stocked. We were in Durham for my grand baby's radiation treatments, we are familiar with the area because of our frequent trips to Duke and the proximity to the hospital was ideal for us. We felt safe here and the neighborhood is quiet. ”

“For days i was searching for a property until i came across this one.
